Locked out of your Tigerexch account? You are not alone. Login trouble is the single most common reason people contact us. The good news is that nearly every case falls into one of a few patterns, and most can be fixed in a couple of minutes. Work through the checks below in order before asking for a reset.

Quick checks (try these first)
- Copy and paste your user ID from your agent’s message. Look-alike characters (0/O, 1/l/I) cause most “invalid ID” errors.
- Check caps lock and remove extra spaces. WhatsApp sometimes adds a trailing space when you copy.
- Confirm the address. Make sure you are on the login link your agent shared and not a look-alike site.
- Clear the cache, or open the site in a private or incognito tab.
- Switch networks. Try mobile data instead of Wi-Fi, or the reverse.
- Wait 15–30 minutes if you have tried several wrong passwords, because the account may be temporarily locked.
How to reset a forgotten Tigerexch password
Tiger Exchange accounts are created by agents, so there is no “reset by email” link. To reset:
- Message your agent from the number registered with your account.
- Share your user ID. Do not share your old password.
- The agent will set a new temporary password and send it in the chat.
- Log in and change it immediately to one only you know.

Problems that are not about the password
The site will not load at all
Some internet providers block betting domains. Your agent can share the currently working address. Never use “mirror” links from strangers.
Logged in, but the balance is wrong
Do not place bets. Take a screenshot and send it to your agent with the time and the transaction reference of your last deposit.
Logged out in the middle of a bet
Log back in and open your bet history or open bets. A bet confirmed before the disconnect will still be listed.
Suspect someone else used your account
Ask your agent to reset the password immediately, check your bet history, and change the password on any other site where you used the same one.
Prevent it happening again
- Save your user ID in a password manager or a private note.
- Bookmark the real login page.
- Use a password you do not use anywhere else.
